Careers in fundraising have never followed a traditional career ladder and this is even more true of fundraising careers today. In this session, we'll explore how to chart your destination, think strategically about your career, identify alternative routes towards your goals, and some of the key professional development and educational experiences recommended for successful fundraisers. Participants will leave with some new tools to help themselves, and their staff, identify their professional goals and the paths that will get them to where they want to be.
Make plans to join us on Tuesday, February 5th, as we welcome VAFRE member Lisa Freeman and special guest Susan Wilkes to discuss some methods for finding your fulfilling career path.
